Select option 1 to access Display/Freeze/Delete Active Message Subjects. The
RMS : Active Message Subjects panel appears and provides the following
information:
Field Description
Message Subject Displays the values you specify in the Subject and the Manager fields on
the RMS : Message Action Control panel. If you leave those fields blank,
the Message Subject field displays an asterisk (*). If you specify only the
Manager field, the Message Subject field displays in the format * Under

Number Active Displays the number of active subjects in the list.
At Time Displays the time at which RMS retrieved the list of active subjects.
Subject Displays the first 20 characters of the active subject names. If the name is
longer than 20 characters, you can obtain the full name on the
RMS : Message Action Details panel. Subjects currently executing in
memory are displayed in high intensity; subjects queued in an NCL queue
on disk are displayed in low intensity.
Manager Displays the first 14 characters of the names of the managers of the active
subjects. If the name is longer than 14 characters, you can obtain the full
name on the RMS : Message Action Details panel.
Ruleset Identifies the ruleset that contains the rule named in the Rule ID field.
Rule ID Identifies the rule that invoked the currently executing rule action on the
subject.
MsgTime Displays the arrival time of the message that triggered the rule identified in
the Ruleset and the Rule ID fields.
Queued Displays the number of queued rule actions on the subject.
