NET/MASTER MS
Timer Started by RMS
The RMS timer driver starts NonStop NET/MASTER MS timers for loaded time-based
rules that specify a repeat interval. During the lives of the NonStop NET/MASTER
MS timers, your system condition may require you to purge any of the timers.
Proceed as follows:
Caution Ensure that you do not accidentally purge the wake-up timer. See “Making RMS Operational” in Section 3
to identify the wake-up timer. Purging the wake-up timer results in the loss of all RMS timers and disables
the RMS timer feature.
1. At any =>prompt, type =2 and press ENTER to access Operator Control Services.
The OCS window appears.
2. At the => prompt, type SHOW TIMER=ALL and press ENTER to display the list
of NonStop NET/MASTER MS timer commands on your system. The following
example shows a listed RMS-started timer:
NNM1721 ID BY INTERVAL -USERID-R LIM CNT K/P ENV P/M TID

NNM1725 CMD=-START ZRMSTEVN 14:50:00030HYRLST01HYTMBSDRL001
In message NNM1725, HYRLST01 is the name of the ruleset, and
HYTMBSDRL001 is the name of the time-based rule.

PURGE TIMER command to purge the timer. For example, type the following
