Capture the statistics on a message handler as follows:
1. At any => prompt, type =R.8 and press ENTER to access Statistics Capture. The
RMS : Active Message Handlers panel appears.

2. Type an S next to the NCL ID of the message handler that you want the statistics
on and press ENTER. The RMS : Statistics Sort Options panel appears.
