defaults to the ID of the user that starts NonStop NET/MASTER MS.
If the definition does specify Guardian IDs, the active Guardian user ID is the
first ID specified.
The user that owns the environment in which the message handler is executing
must have the authority to issue the NonStop NET/MASTER MS OPSYS
command.
The user that owns the environment in which the message handler is executing
must have NonStop NET/MASTER MS command authority to issue DSNM
commands.
The user that owns the environment in which the message handler is executing
must have NonStop NET/MASTER MS command authority to issue the following
Guardian utility commands:
CMI utility INFO, START, and STATUS commands
PATHCOM utility OPEN and RESUME commands
PUP utility LISTDEV command
TACL utility RCVDUMP, RELOAD, STATUS, PMSG, and SETPROMPT
commands
TACL PUP command
TACL run-command where run-command is the first word of each of the startup
commands for the terminals in your TACL command interpreter startup file.
Some examples are TACL, TACL/, RUN, or the name of a TACL macro.
You can find out the required authority level for the commands using the

User ID Management Services.
Before you use the BASERULE ruleset, you must also customize the ZCPUUP and the
ZTACLFAIL rules to reflect the requirements of your system. It is recommended that
you make a copy of the BASERULE ruleset before you customize the ruleset. See
“Copying a Ruleset” in Section 6 for information on how to copy a ruleset.
