message group rule that requested the delivery of a panel of message text (replacing
the triggering message if this is a message action rule). rule-id is the name of the
triggered rule, and ruleset-name is the ruleset that contains the rule.
This narrative message advises you that the rule requested that the panel of message
text be constructed and delivered. The Message Replacement control option of
ruleset-name is set to B or S to narrate this action. Whether the replacement by and
the delivery of the panel of message text are actually carried out depends on this
setting.

ruleset that contains the rule.
