rule is executed.
If the Exec Command Group setting is S, then this narrative message only describes
the action that would have been performed—the command group is not executed.
Recovery. This message is informational only; no recovery action is necessary.

Cause. A message triggered a message action rule or a group of messages triggered a
message group rule that requested the activation of a timer.

is the name of
the triggered rule, and
ruleset-name
is the name of the ruleset that contains the
rule.
This narrative message describes the action of activating the timer (the timer will be
activated according to the time-based rule that you specified in the Activate Timer
field on the rule definition panels). The Activate Timer control option of the ruleset
used is set to B or S to narrate this action. Whether the timer is actually activated
depends on this setting.
Effect. If the Activate Timer control option setting is B, the timer is activated according
to the specified time-based rule, changing the status of the time-based rule from
PENDING to ACTIVE.
If the Activate Timer control option setting is S, then this narrative message only
describes the action that would have been performed—the timer is not activated.
Recovery. This message is informational only; no recovery action is necessary.
