Alternatively, you may have added the allocation by typing an A (Add) action code
next to an existing allocation on the Default Ruleset Allocation selection list panel and
pressing ENTER, modifying the fields on the Default Ruleset Allocation definition
panel, and pressing F3 to file the modifications.
Effect. A default ruleset is allocated to the user.
Recovery. This message is informational only; no recovery action is necessary.
RMS4002 DEFAULT RULESET RECORD ALREADY EXISTS
Cause. You attempted to allocate a default ruleset to a user through the Default
Ruleset Allocation definition panel, but the user ID in the Region Owner field was
already allocated a default ruleset.
Effect. The value is not accepted. The action is not performed. The user ID is
highlighted.
Recovery. Change the user ID to one that has not been allocated a default ruleset before
requesting the action again. Alternatively, select the existing default ruleset allocation
for the user from the Default Ruleset Allocation selection list panel and change the
default ruleset allocation to that user.

Recovery. Specify the user ID to which you want to allocate a default ruleset in the
Region Owner field before requesting the action again.
