RMS6007 RULE MODIFIED AND INACTIVATED
Cause. You typed an IN (INact) action code next to a message action rule on your
Message Action Rules Maintenance selection list panel, and pressed ENTER to
inactivate the rule. The rule is in a ruleset that is associated with a message handler.
The value in the Status column on the panel, and for the Status field in the definition
for this rule, becomes INACTIVE.
Effect. The status of the message action rule is changed to INACTIVE in the RMS
database. The rule becomes inactive and can no longer be triggered by a message.
Recovery. This message is informational only; no recovery action is necessary.

NOT ACTIVATED - RULESET NOT ACTIVE
Cause. You added or modified a control options, profile, or message action rule record
in the RMS database through the Rule Maintenance option, and saved the record with
the Activation field set to N (Immediate No Save). The record is not in a ruleset that is
currently associated with a message handler.
rms-record
can have one of the following values:
ELEMENT can be the record of the control options or profile
RULE is the record of a message action rule
Effect. The record is neither saved in the RMS database nor available to executing
message handlers. The new record or the modifications to the record are lost.
Recovery. If you want to save the record in the RMS database, enter D (Deferred) in the
Activation field before you save the record.
RMS6010 RULE(S) DELETED AND INACTIVATED
Cause. You typed the D (Del) action code next to one or more message action rules
with an ACTIVE status on your Message Action Rules Maintenance selection list
panel, and pressed ENTER to delete the rules. The rules are in rulesets that are
associated with message handlers. You pressed ENTER and confirmed the deletion
request.
Effect. The message action rule(s) are deleted from the RMS database and become
unavailable to the executing message handlers.
Recovery. This message is informational only; no recovery action is necessary.
