RMS6042 REPLACEMENT METHOD MUST BE ENTERED
Cause. You specified text in one or more of the Replacement Text fields (lines 1
through 10) but no value in the Replacement Method field on your data entry panel.
This panel could be page 4 of the message action rules definition panels (the Message
Modification panel) or page 2 of the message group rules definition panels (the
Message Parameters panel). You must specify the replacement method and text
together or not at all.
Effect. The action is not performed. The Replacement Method field is highlighted.
Recovery. Specify the method of replacing the message text by the replacement text
that you specified before requesting the action again. Valid values are P (panel) and L
(line). If you do not need message replacement, delete the replacement text that you
specified in the Replacement Text fields and leave the Replacement Method field
blank.
RMS6043 REPLACEMENT LINE(S) MUST BE ENTERED
Cause. You specified a value in the Replacement Method field but no text in any of the
Replacement Text fields (lines 1 through 10) on your data entry panel. This panel
could be page 4 of the message action rules definition panels (the Message
Modification panel) or page 2 of the message group rules definition panels (the
Message Parameters panel). You must specify the replacement method and text
together or not at all.
Effect. The action is not performed. The first Replacement Text field (line 1) is
highlighted.
Recovery. Specify a value in at least one of the Replacement Text fields (lines 1 through
10) to replace the message text by the method you specified before requesting the
action again. The Replacement Text field accepts any values. If you do not need
message replacement, blank out the Replacement Method field and leave the
Replacement Text fields blank.
RMS6050 MESSAGE SET DOES NOT EXIST
Cause. You typed the CP (Copy) action code next to one or more message sets on your
Captured Message Set Selection panel or next to one or more messages on your
Captured Message Set Edit panel, and pressed ENTER. The action requested that the
selected messages be copied to another message set. You pressed ENTER from the
inset that appeared to start copying the messages but the message set to which you
were copying the messages (named in the MSGSET NAME field) does not exist in the
RMS database.
