NonStop Cluster Essentials Installation and Quick Start Guide
NOTE: To export a cluster configuration to a remote console, you must have view permissions
on the sysobjects and sys.triggers tables for an SQL Server database and on the
information_schema, referential_constraints, and
information_schema.triggers tables for a PostgreSQL database.
3. In NonStop Cluster Essentials 3.0.0, the database schema has some differences from prior
versions. If you are exporting to a remote console that has a database schema that is not
compliant with the new table structure, the following error message appears:
Cluster Configuration Database schema on remote system is not
compatible with this version of NonStop Cluster Essentials and thus,
export operation cannot be performed. Upgrade NonStop Cluster
Essentials on remote system and try again.
If this message appears, you must upgrade to NonStop Cluster Essentials 3.0.0 on the remote
console.
4. The export process varies at this stage, depending on the option chosen in step 2. You are
either asked for information required to access the remote SQL Server, or to specify a name
for the configuration database file to be transferred by removable media and then imported
on another console. For more information, including special considerations for when exporting
between Linux CMSs, see the NonStop Cluster Configuration Management Application online
help.
