Quick Install Guide section. If there were issues with invoking the license, the user will 
receive an email stating “Unable to retrieve License” and if debug mode is enabled for error 
logging a message will be recorded in the mxdomainmgr.0.log log stating “Unable to 
retrieve license SerialNumber Serial Error PE Linux/NonStop, V01/H01 was unable to 
retrieve a license for this system. Please send an email to 
PerformanceManagement@hp.com with your system details”. 
For NonStop agents, expired licenses will also be logged as an EMS message stating “Your 
copy of PE …, H01 has expired.”

PerformanceManagement@hp.com
