 (2) For SIM v5.3:
 ------------
a) Use the top SIM Menu: Options -> Discovery, click on "New"
Note: You may use automatic discovery, but manual discovery seems to work
best.
   b) Give a name to this discovery task and type in the IP address of the agent.
   c) Uncheck "Automatically execute discovery every _ minutes"
Note: Unchecking this option seems to work best.
d) Click on "Credentials" and supply the sign-in credentials for the agent.
e) Click on 'Show advanced protocol credentials', go to the 'WBEM' tab and
provide the username and password for the agent.
Note: It is not required to enter the Port number.
   f) Click "OK" and "Save".
g) A new entry should be created in the Discovery table. Select the “discovery
task” that was created and click “Run Now”
h) Do this for all agents you have running.

4.3.6. Removing Agents (Nodes)
Removing a node from the monitoring list can be done by deleting the node from
SIM or removing it from the cluster. To remove a node from SIM, simply select the
node by clicking the corresponding checkbox in SIM’s main table and click “Delete”.
To remove a node from a cluster, the user will need to use the HP Cluster
Configuration Management application. After doing this, use Refresh PE… to update
this change to Performance Essentials.
NOTE: The above process does NOT remove the agent software from the
corresponding server nor does it stop the collection on the server. To stop collection
on the servers: on the NonStop obey the stoppe script (obey stoppe), on the Linux
server, kill the collator, collector, PAMAuth and License handler processes.
To remove the agent software from the servers: on the NonStop purge the files in
the installation subvolume, on Linux run rpm –e simagent-0.1.i386.
