Enter the New Name

Use the Rename pane to change the table name, as shown in Figure 12-13.

To rename the table, type the new name in the Rename field.

Rename the Table

To rename the table, click on one of the following:

• Execute. Executes the command immediately.

• Show. Displays the SQL commands created by dba/m Database

Manager without executing them.

• Queue. Queues the command to be submitted in a batch later.

Managing Table Constraints

Using dba/m Database Manager you can

• Create, change or drop constraints

• Add, change, or delete comment text on constraints

Perform these constraint operations from the Tables Menu.

Adding Constraints

Use the Create Constraint window to add constraints to a table. To display

theCreateConstraintwindow

1. Click on Tables in the Main window.

2. Click on Constraint.

3. Click on Create. The Create Constraint window is displayed, as shown

in Figure 12-14.
