A rank 0 device controller illegally sent a handshake during a poll for data transfer
requests.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. A device illegally sent a handshake during a reconnect poll (RPOL) of a rank 0
device. The device that asserted a handshake has probably failed. The channel does
not know which controller failed; however, the controller is probably a rank 0 controller.
Effect. The operation is aborted.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
