The device SCSI status was not expected.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. A device hardware problem or a SCSI module driver programming error has
occurred. The ZSMD-TKN-AST-ISP-STATUS contains the received SCSI status.
Effect. The command cannot be completed.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed. The
device input/output process (IOP) will retry the command.
