Cause. A device, SCSI bus, or controller problem has occurred. When present, the
SCSI Additional Status Token will provide more information for development.
Effect. The command cannot be completed.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed. The
device input/output process (IOP) will retry the command.
