Cause. The device hung the SCSI bus.
Effect. The command cannot be completed.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed. The
device input/output process (IOP) will retry the command.

A device data overrun error occurred. The device requested more data than was
specified by the input/output process (IOP).
