Effect. None.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed. The
device input/output process (IOP) will download the controller.
259: ZSMD-EVT-CTLR-QUEUE-ACTIVE
An operation or a Module Driver call that cannot be executed while the controller
request queue is active has been executed.

controller request queue is active.
