The controller request queue is out of sync with the processor.

Cause. Either a ServerNet error occurred during a write operation to the controller
request queue, or a controller request abort failure occurred.
Effect. The command cannot be executed.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed. The
input/output process (IOP) will reestablish processor access to the controller.
