The channel microcode detected an unknown error.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The channel hardware failed or an error condition occurred that does not fall
into any previously defined events.
The exact reason for the freeze is unknown. The token ZGIO-TKN-RPSADDRESS
points to an internal address where the freeze occurred.
Effect. The channel tries to reconnect. If this error occurs regularly, the operating
system disables the channel.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
