The channel encountered an unknown bus protocol error caused by an unknown
TBUS function.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The channel hardware or a controller is interfering with the protocol sequence.
Effect. The channel tries to reconnect. If this error occurs regularly, the operating
system disables the channel.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
