Unconditional Tokens
Conditional Token
Cause. The return code received is not as expected; usually a value of zero is
expected.
Effect. An error is returned to the client file system, typically resulting in recovery by
ending the Direct Bulk I/O session and reverting to normal I/O.
Recovery. This event must be extremely rare; any occurrence indicates that your
service provider must be notified even though no service action is required for
recovery. Frequent occurrence of this event might suggest that Direct Bulk I/O must be
disabled using SCF in order to minimize system performance impact.

ERROR-RTRN-RCVD (1).
ZEMS-TKN-LDEVNUMBER Subject token that specifies the logical device number
associated with the relevant I/O process.
ZDIO-TKN-INTERNAL-CALLER Internal caller code that identifies where in the subsystem
the event was initiated.
ZDIO-TKN-INTERNAL-CALLED Internal called code that identifies what procedure was
called.
ZDIO-TKN-RCVD-RTRN-CODE Unexpected return code.
