A device controller did not perform a handshake correctly, or a parity error occurred on
the data returned during initial data transfer protocol.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. This operation was aborted because of a command-and-response parity error
or a protocol error. If a protocol error occurred, the channel address has been
corrupted.
Effect. Data might be corrupted.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
