Multiple IIO or HIIO instructions failed with a CCL error.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. Multiple IIO or HIIO instructions failed with a CCL error.
The instruction failed at a point where it is not possible to identify the failing component
(such as a controller, channel, or cabling).
Effect. If the system detects too many channel errors in a short time, the I/O interrupt
handler attempts to reset the channel; if the channel reset fails, the system disables
the channel. If the channel is disabled, the processor is still up but is unable to perform
I/O.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
