Messages
Cause. The SCSI Interface Monitor detected an error that occurred when processing
an external request or during startup.
Effect. The requested operation is not executed.
Recovery. If it is a result of an external request, change the request and retry the
operation. Otherwise, the event indicates which internally initiated operation failed and
the appropriate recovery action.
