Cause. The storage subsystem manager has stopped access of a path to a disk
device.
Effect. The command leaves the configured device path in a STOPPED state with a
substate of HARDDOWN. The disk device can no longer be accessed.
Recovery. To restart a device that is in the STOPPED state, substate HARDDOWN,
use the RESET and START commands.

The storage subsystem manager has executed an ALLOWOPENS for a disk.

ZCOM-TKN-OBJTYPE Enumerated type that contains the object type.
ZSTO-TKN-TERMINALPROCESS If this token is not present, token ZSTO-TKN-PROC-
DESC must be present.
ZSTO-TKN-PROC-DESC Process descriptor.
ZSTO-TKN-USERID User ID.
