Cause. The storage subsystem manager has executed an ALLOWOPENS command
for a disk.
Effect. Files can be opened on the disk volume. This command reverses the affect of
a STOPOPENS command.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER Event number for this message. Value is ZSTO-EVT-
ALLOWOPENS (1001).
ZEMS-TKN-XLDEVNAME Subject token that contains the device name.
ZCOM-TKN-OBJTYPE Enumerated type that contains the object type.
ZSTO-TKN-TERMINALPROCESS Either this token or token ZSTO-TKN-PROC-DESC
must be present.
ZSTO-TKN-PROC-DESC Process descriptor.
ZSTO-TKN-USERID User ID.
