Cause. The storage subsystem manager has rebuilt the free space table on a
magnetic disk.
Effect. The free space table on a magnetic disk has been rebuilt.
Recovery. If there are any unresolved disk errors, such as unspared sectors or doubly
allocated file extents, the rebuild operation might fail. If so, resolve the disk errors (see
the NonStop S-Series Hardware Support Guide) and then try the rebuild operation
again.

REBUILDDFS (1006).
ZEMS-TKN-XLDEVNAME Subject token that contains the device name.
ZCOM-TKN-OBJTYPE Enumerated type that contains the object type.
ZSTO-TKN-TERMINALPROCESS Either this token or token ZSTO-TKN-PROC-DESC
must be present.
ZSTO-TKN-PROC-DESC. Process descriptor
ZSTO-TKN-USERID User ID.
