Conditional Tokens
Cause. A user command has renamed a magnetic disk.
Effect. The default volume name and alternate volume name of a disk have been
permanently changed. If the disk is a member of a pool, the pool process and virtual
disks are not informed.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

The storage subsystem manager has replaced the disk system-load bootstrap
program.
