Cause. The storage subsystem manager has successfully placed a device into the
STOPPED state, substate DOWN.
Effect. The storage device is now in the STOPPED state, substate DOWN.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
1015: ZSTO-EVT-STOPOPENS
The storage subsystem manager has blocked any future attempts to open files on a
magnetic disk.

ZSTO-TKN-NEW-NAME New name of an object.
ZSTO-TKN-TERMINALPROCESS Either this token or token ZSTO-TKN-PROC-DESC
must be present.
