Cause. The storage subsystem manager has blocked any future attempts to open files
on a magnetic disk.
Effect. Applications are prevented from issuing any new opens to a disk.
Recovery. Use the SCF ALLOWOPENS command to let applications issued opens to
the disk.

ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER Event number for this message. Value is ZSTO-EVT-
STOPOPENS (1015).
ZEMS-TKN-XLDEVNAME Subject token that contains the device name.
ZCOM-TKN-OBJTYPE Enumerated type that contains the object type.
ZSTO-TKN-NEW-NAME New name of an object.
ZSTO-TKN-TERMINALPROCESS Either this token or token ZSTO-TKN-PROC-DESC
must be present.
ZSTO-TKN-PROC-DESC. Process descriptor.
ZSTO-TKN-USERID User ID.
