The storage subsystem manager fails to launch the disk rename notification task.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The storage subsystem manager could not perform a task launch.
Effect. Rename notification for a disk was not processed. The name of the disk in the
named resource list (NRL) no longer matches the name of the disk in the configuration
database.
Recovery. To recover from this problem do the following:

Stop the disk process using the SCF RESET DISK, FORCED command.

Delete the disk using the SCF DELETE DISK command.

Remove the disk from the system configuration database using the SCF DELETE
DISK, SENDTO STORAGE commands, and specify the configured disk name.

Reconfigure the disk using the SCF ADD DISK command.

Start the disk using the SCF START DISK command.
