Conditional Tokens
Cause. An I/O controller was moved to a new location, using TMDS, for diagnostic
purposes or for channel load balancing.
Effect. The controller is configured for its new location.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

of 10.2 minutes.
