Cause. The storage subsystem manager detected that the hardware insertion event
received does not match the configuration information in the system configuration
database.
Effect. The CRU cannot be used.
Recovery. Place the CRU in the correct location or delete the storage configuration
records for the CRU from the configuration data base.

system configuration database.
