Cause. The storage subsystem manager failed to initialize a CRU. The event contains
the error number returned from the support function used (provided by either the SIFM
or XIO).
Effect. The CRU is not initialized.
Recovery. See Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 23-25.

The storage subsystem manager has determined that the power-on self-test has
finished successfully for a customer replaceable unit (CRU) that was inserted.
