Cause. The storage subsystem manager could not obtain enough information to
determine what type of CRU was inserted or how to configure the CRU.
Effect. The CRU cannot be used.
Recovery. Ensure that the CRU firmware is loaded correctly and try again. If the
problem persists, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 23-25.

The storage subsystem manager detected a server access error.

configure the CRU. Check whether the CRU’s firmware has
been initialized.
