Messages
Cause. The storage subsystem manager detected a process startup I/O error. This is
caused by a failure to send startup messages to a process that was just launched.
Effect. The command is not executed.
Recovery. Retry the command. If the problem persists, see Recovery Action
Requiring Vendor Support on page 23-25.
1040: ZSTO-EVT-UNSUPPORTED-CRU
The storage subsystem manager received a hardware insertion event for a CRU it
does not support.

Effect. The CRU is ignored.
Recovery. Remove the unsupported CRU.
