The storage subsystem manager detected that it cannot configure a CRU because the
slot where the CRU was inserted is already configured by another subsystem.

subsystem.
Effect. The CRU was not configured.
Recovery. Place the CRU in the correct location or delete the configuration records of
the other subsystem for that slot.
