Cause. The storage subsystem manager changed the configuration for the CRU.
Effect. The configuration of a CRU is changed.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
1048: ZSTO-EVT-CONFIG-DEFERRED
The storage subsystem manager has deferred the configuration of a CRU. This event
is generated when the storage profile record forces the storage subsystem manager to
start the I/O process to complete the configuration of the CRU, and the processors in
which the I/O process is configured to run are not available.
