Messages
Cause. The storage subsystem encountered an error while attempting to notify a
primary process to launch its backup process.
Effect. The disk process continues to run without a backup process.
Recovery. Reload the processor where the backup process must have been
launched, or terminate the disk process using the SCF RESET DISK, FORCED
command. Relaunch it using the SCF START DISK command.
