Cause. The storage subsystem manager has detected that a CRU is not configured.
This event is generated during system load or when a hardware insertion event is
received. This event is generated only when storage automatic configuration is
disabled.
Effect. None. The CRU remains unconfigured.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
