2064: ZDSC-EVT-CANT-OPEN-CLDLD-TACL The persistence manager process
($ZPM) encountered an error when
attempting to open the system load
TACL process to send it a startup
message. The system load TACL will
timeout and stop.
2065: ZDSC-EVT-CANT-DO-RESTART-WAIT
The persistence manager process
($ZPM) detected an error while trying
to set a delay before resuming restart
attempts for the process after the
restart threshold was exceeded.
2066: ZDSC-EVT-STRTMSG-FAIL-OPEN
An error occurred when attempting to
open the generic process to send a
startup message.
2067: ZDSC-EVT-STRTMSG-FAIL-SEND
An error occurred when attempting to
send the generic process a startup
message.
2068: ZDSC-EVT-SPI-STOP-OPEN-FAILED

and being used.
