Description of ZDSC Event Messages
The ZDSC event messages are described in detail on the following pages. The
descriptions are in ascending order by event number. The symbolic name for the event
number is ZDSC-EVT-name, where name describes the event that generated the
message.
Topics:

Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 24-10
Descriptions of individual event messages (for a linked list, see Table 24-1 on
page 24-1)
Information in Event Description Messages
Each description contains the following information:
A header shows the numeric value and symbolic name for the event number
The first paragraph identifies the cause of the event message
A list provides the following information:
Subject of the event message
Whether the message identifies a potentially critical event
Sender of the event message to the EMS collector ($0 process)
Whether the event message is sent to the TMDS collector
Whether the event message is sent to the OSM/TSM collector ($ZLOG
process)
A box contains a list of tokens that can appear in the event message. Header and
other common tokens are not included in the list. See Section 2, Header and
Common Tokens, for descriptions of these tokens. Tokens in an actual event
message will not necessarily appear in the same order that they are listed in the
box. Tokens are classified as follows:
An unconditional token is always present in a message that has a specific
subsystem ID and event number
A conditional token is present in the event message only for certain cases
The box also contains the event-message text, which is taken from a template file
by the EMSTEXT procedure
Note. Each event message also contains the header tokens listed in Section 2, Header and
Common Tokens, and the tokens listed in the Common Definitions on page 3-5.
