A Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) that was not known in the hardware configuration
tables was removed from the system.

Cause. $ZCNF received a CRU deletion event from the service processor via the
maintenance I/O process (MIOP) for a CRU that is not present in the $ZCNF hardware
configuration tables.
The most likely cause of CRU information not being present in the hardware tables is
that certain events were dropped at system load time. The events might have been
dropped because they were stamped with a time that preceded the system load time;
hence, the events were considered stale. The missing CRU information could also be
caused by some other SP-MIOP-Config problem that resulted in the information not
being communicated to $ZCNF.
