Messages
Cause. While trying to restart a persistent process, the Persistence Manager ($ZPM)
found that it had already attempted the maximum number of restarts allowed for the
process (determined by the AUTORESTART attribute) in the last 10 minutes.
Effect. $ZPM will delay any future attempts to restart the process for 10 minutes. The
process will therefore not be available for at least another 10 minutes.
Recovery. None required since $ZPM restarts the process after 10 minutes; however,
if this problem persists, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 24-10.
