An error occurred when attempting to send a parameter message to the generic
process.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The Persistence Manager ($ZPM) was unable to send param messages to the
process named in the event message.
Effect. The process might not function properly.
Recovery. Use the error value given in the event message to determine the recovery
action. If the problem persists, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on
page 24-10.
