over.

An error occurred when attempting to access a file for output.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The Reliable Home Terminal process ($ZHOME) failed to either open or write
to a file. The file is either $0 or the output file for $ZHOME as specified in the $ZHOME
startup message.
Effect. $ZHOME might be unable to display or receive messages from clients
(processes with their term specified as $ZHOME).
Recovery. Use the error number and filename given in the event message to
determine appropriate recovery action.
