NonStop Operating System Event Management Programming Manual
HP NonStop Operating System Event Management Programming Manual—520372-020
25-1
25 Complex Manager Auxiliary
Process (CMAP) Event Messages
(ZCMP)
Complex manager auxiliary process (ZCMP) event messages are reported to the EMS
by the service event logger process ($ZLOG), and in some cases, by the EMS
collector process ($0).
Note. These messages are generated only by the H-series NonStop operating system RVUs.
Note. In software interfaces and messages, the old terms in Table 25-1
are equivalent to the
new terms in Table 25-1
. In a future RVU, the old terms will be replaced with one of the new
terms, as space permits.
If you include specific tokens or event-message texts in your code, and those tokens or
event-message texts change in a future RVU, you will have to change your code for that
RVU.

Event Number and Symbolic Name Description
100: ZCMP-EVT-PE-STOPPED
A process element (PE) stopped.
101: ZCMP-EVT-PE-REQUEST-JOIN
A stopped PE is ready to be reintegrated
into a processor.
102: ZCMP-EVT-PE-REINTEGRATED
A PE was reintegrated into a processor.
* Both $ZLOG and $0 report this event to the EMS.
