Effect. The PE cannot be reintegrated or participate in the reintegration of another PE.
Recovery. Correct the hardware error.
132: ZCMP-EVT-PE-REINT-START-ERROR
A PE reintegration could not start.
ZCMP-TKN-LSU-TRACKING-ID1 Tracking ID of the second LSU to which the PE
