Cause. A reintegration cabling problem.
Effect. CMAP cannot reintegrate one or more PEs or reset one or more NonStop
Blade Elements. Miscabling the FPGA 3 device does not exclude CPUs from the
system, but it compromises the system’s ability to recover from PE failures.
Recovery. Correct the reintegration cabling problem as soon as possible.

event can be generated for each NonStop Blade Element in the NonStop Blade
Complex.)
